Danielle began Gather and Lounge after working in the wedding planning industry for several years. This job gave her the experience she needed and also brought her to the Cayman Islands where she met the love of her life, Dan.

When she had moved to Connecticut and began planning her wedding, she realized there were no rental companies where she could incorporate unique furniture into her event space. She immediately saw her opportunity and began purchasing with the intent of renting and two years later Gather and Lounge has expanded into decorating the events of many happy clients and planners.
