What makes us unique to other rental companies?

We are all about the details. While most companies just drop off your furniture and walk away, our team sticks around to set everything up. We make sure our pillows are fluffed and rugs straight. We won’t walk away until we’re happy with the way things look. And you?  You don’t have to lift a finger, let alone a couch.

Do you have something in mind and can’t find it? We love custom designs whether it be a bar, a vintage piece reupholstered in a certain color, or whatever! We love shopping for that unique item and aren’t afraid of a challenge.

How can I get a proposal?

The quickest and easiest way to get a proposal is to submit a wishlist through our site. If you browse through our catalog and find something you like, click the “Add to Wishlist” button. When you are finished with your wishlist you can click “Wishlist” in the upper right-hand corner, fill out our wishlist questionnaire and submit it. We’ll clean some things up on our end and send you pricing.

Do you deliver anywhere in Connecticut? What about outside Connecticut?

Short answer: Yes, of course! We’d deliver to the moon if you needed a sweet lounge and bar there. Long answer: We will deliver anywhere you need rentals, however, we do have different rental minimums for different areas and increased delivery fees. Please inquire for more details on your area.

Do you offer set up with delivery?

We absolutely do. In fact, all of our orders come with set up – it’s kind of our thing.

Am I able to pick up my rentals?

In order to withhold a high level of quality with our rentals, we do not offer pick up of our larger rentals, this includes any furniture, bars, backdrops, etc. We do offer pickup (with a small handling fee) of our smaller items like accessories, cake stands, etc. Curious whether the item you want to pick up is included? Just ask, we’re happy to help!

Do you have a rental minimum?

We do! Our minimums differ per state. For Connecituct, any orders within 40 miles have a rental order minimum of $500 and go up from there. Our rental minimum for New York City is $1,200. For orders outside of Connecticut and NYC, please inquire for any minimum requirements.

I have my eye on the Sophia Blush Armchair, how much is the cost to rent each item?

We’d be happy to answer that question for you! All of our rentals are priced individually. The best way to get pricing for specific items you have in mind is to create a wishlist, fill out the event details form and submit it via our site. From there, it is easy for our team to confirm availability of each product and send you a quote.

I want to see everything in person, can I come stop by your warehouse?

Of course! We love to have people come by the warehouse and play around, but we do require you make an appointment! Email us at info@gatherandlounge.com to make an appointment. We’d love if you would fill out a wishlist prior to your appointment so we know which pieces you’ll want to look at.

I don't have an eye for design, can you help me style my event?

This is our jam! We know that sometimes picking items can be a little overwhelming. We are more than happy (and even excited) to help you with this process. We will style and design your rentals for you,  for an additional fee. Please email info@gatherandlounge.com for more details.

Where in the world are you located?

You will find our warehouse in a brick building at 434 Grand St. in Bridgeport, CT. Come visit us and check out our warehouse full of vintage furniture and decor. If you’re lucky, I mayyy even show you our awesome 1912-era 7-ton lift that was built to carry cars up and down from ground level, but now is our sofa and settee transportation!
